Emesis is a common experience in first trimester of pregnancy affecting 70 to 80% all pregnant women. Altered immunological endocrinological and psychological states are responsible for initiation symptoms. Mild moderate emesis gravidarum have significant adverse effect on quality women's life. Even though onset physiological its morbidity has be reduced minimize disease burden, enhance maternal health prevent hyper gravidarum. Anti-emetic anti-histamines used conventional Allopathic practice. Ayurvedic principle early intervention prevention hyperemesis with lifestyle modifications adopting Pathya ahara.
