AYNEXT - tools for streamlining the evaluation of link prediction techniques

AYNEXT is an open source Python suite aimed towards researchers in the field of link prediction Knowledge Graphs. Link consists predicting missing edges a Graph, which usually involves application different techniques to generate negative examples (false triples) fit model, and splitting into training, testing validation sets. Setting up correct evaluation setup or new negatives-generation strategies becomes more challenging as complex considerations (e.g., removal inverse relations) develop. makes it easy configure customize creation datasets computation metrics statistical significance tests for each pair techniques. has been designed be simple use, but modular enough enable customization main steps process. AYNEXT-DataGen covers pre-processing, splitting, negatives generation process, while AYNEXT-ResTest computing tests. offers use command line interface that takes input either Graph standard formats results applying existing techniques, can used programmatically in-depth customization.
