چکیده
Abstract The bacterium Avibacterium paragallinarum , previously known as Haemophilus is responsible for causing infectious coryza (IC) in chickens and other avian species. In this case report, an outbreak of occurred the Qinling area China, resulting clinical symptoms facial swelling several bird species, including Golden pheasant, Temminck's tragopan, Peafowls, three pheasants died due to prolonged infection. Specific PCR results confirmed presence pathogen infected birds. report describes pathological changes observed affected birds, well isolation identification . Whole-genome sequencing phylogenetic analysis were performed, first inter- intra-species transmission among wild birds China.

متن کاملCandida auris, an Emerging Fungal Pathogen
The emerging pathogen “Candida auris” is attracting considerable international attention due to its rising reports, transmission through health professionals, high rate of treatment failure and resistance to multiple antifungal agents, particularly fluconazole. In spite of the global emergence of C. auris, epidemiological data and true prevalence of infections due to this organism are not clear...
متن کاملImmunogenicity and haemagglutination of recombinant Avibacterium paragallinarum HagA.
Inactivated vaccines of Avibacterium paragallinarum provide protection and reduce the economic losses caused by infectious coryza. However, inactivated bacterins provide protection only against the Page serovars included in the vaccine. In this study, we investigated the immunological properties of a functional recombinant haemagglutinin protein (rHagA) derived from a Taiwan isolate strain A9 a...

BACKGROUND Avibacterium paragallinarum, the causative agent of infectious coryza, is a highly contagious respiratory acute disease of poultry, which affects commercial chickens, laying hens and broilers worldwide. METHODOLOGY In this study, we performed the whole genome sequencing, assembly and annotation of a Peruvian isolate of A. paragallinarum. Genome was sequenced in a 454 GS FLX Titaniu...
