Avaliação isocinética do joelho de adultos com paralisia cerebral: uma revisão de literatura

Objetivo: Verificar o perfil dos adultos com paralisia cerebral (PC) incluídos nos estudos e os parâmetros maisutilizados na avaliação isocinética músculos que movem joelho. Metodologia: Foram realizados levantamentos bibliográficos nas bases de dados: PubMed, LILACS, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro) SciELO, foram pesquisados artigos publicados desde início cada base dados até novembro 2021. Os termos utilizados para a busca “paralisia cerebral”; “adulto”; “isocinético” ou “isocinética”; “dinamômetro” “dinamometria”; “joelho”, em português inglês. Resultados: Foi encontrado total 69 inicial (PubMed= 34, LILACS=12, CENTRAL= 8, PEDro= 9 SciELO= 6. Após remoção das duplicatas permaneceram 46 estudos. Na primeira triagem pelo título resumo selecionados 11 leitura destes íntegra aplicados critérios elegibilidade restaram um sete artigos. Conclusão: A maioria incluiu pessoas ambos sexos, seguido do sexo masculino, PC bilateral diplegia espástica unilateral hemiparesia. atletas futebol não grupo controle. utilizou dinamômetro isocinético Cybex 6000, avaliou musculatura extensora flexora joelho, tipo contração concêntrica velocidade angular 60o/s.
