The objective of this research is to design and develop a robotic arm for an automatic fuelling system using PLC LogixPro simulation. The includes the “FASS” concept, which Fast, Accurate, Safe Simple, allow car users have efficient fuel filling system. concept consists three processes – identification vehicle, payment, with fuel. first process identifies presence by in-floor weight sensors. sensor car, locks it in position, activates payment second After completed, cap will be opened enable start If doesn’t go through released, manual operation initialized, entire reset.
