In progress, if a debtor himself is unable to register Deed of Granting Mortgage Rights application, then he may choose representative. As consequence debtor's absence, deed giving mortgage rights must be made into Attorney power Charge for deed. This research sociological juridical research. the results obtained its development Article 96 PMNA/Perkaban No. 3 1997 as amended by Perkaban 8 2012 requires that in accordance with forms prepared BPN or Land Agency. clearly at odds provisions related deeds 15 paragraph (1) Act 2 2014 which mentions Notaries are authorized make authentic deeds, not writing letters filling such SKMHT form drafted BPN. Therefore, it clear current has contradicted 2014.
