Authentic leadership and job burnout: Mediating effects of positive psychological capitals

چکیده

This study explored methods for reducing job burnout among organizational members working in highly stressful environments from the perspective of positive scholarship. In particular, we focused on role authentic leadership, an alternative leadership concept that has recently received much attention literature. To explain mechanism underlying effects burnout, mediating effect psychological capitals (PsyCap), a critical variable psychology, was analyzed. examine proposed hypotheses, data were collected through survey employees Defense Acquisition Program Administration and The results analyses demonstrate team members' PsyCap, which turn reduces their burnout. relationship between all sub-factors members’ capital revealed partial effects, with most significant being optimism. Based results, propose several suggestions to strengthen both PsyCap within military organizations.
