Atypical Coarctation of the Aorta Revealed by Arterial Hypertension in a 22-Year-Old Young Man

We reported case 22-year-old Guinean man who had been followed for 5 years hypertension. Clinically, he presented with upper limbs systolic pressure gradient 100 mmHg. The diagnosis was confirmed by thoracic angioscan, which showed 65.8% abdominal aorta. He on triple antihypertensive therapy combining Atenolol mg, Amlodipine 10 mg and Perindopril mg. awaiting interventional treatment. His blood stable at around 140/90
