The attraction area division is the foundation of distribution and organization freight flow among railway stations. development container terminal, large center, closely related to logistics planning economy local city. In this study, we divide inland terminal by using gravity model, break-point model weighted-Voronoi-diagram with SPSS ArcGIS. And then under target minimal cost time window limitations, develop 0–1 integer programming for optimization between its area. Finally, paper takes in Harbin as an example test feasibility different speeds from transportation modes. results show that it necessary when choosing reasonable mode feeder nodes terminal. improvement speed effective method improve volume, increase revenue realize sustainable China Railway (CR) Express.
