Attitudes and Practices of Operating Room Nurses toward COVID-19 in Turkey

چکیده
Bu çal??man?n amac? ameliyathane hem?irelerinin COVID-19'a yönelik tutum ve uygulamalar?n?n?n belirlenmesidir. Ara?t?rma tan?mlay?c? bir tasar?md? Ara?t?rman?n örneklemini 210 hem?iresi olu?turmu?tur. COVID-19 hastal??? tan?s? konulan oran? %12’di. Çal??mada hem?irelerin %91'i ameliyathanelerde salg?n?na kar?? yeterli önlem al?nmad???n? belirtti. Hem?irelerin %44,3'ü ameliyathanede ortalama 8,6+4,7 saat süreyle N95 maskesi kulland???n? %45,2'si maskelerini tekrar belirttti. En s?k al?nan önlem, enfekte olmu? malzeme için kaplar?n %95,2 oran?nda aktif klorür 5.000 mg/L 30 dakika dezenfeksiyonu olmu?tur. Ameliyathane %81’i enfeksiyonuna yakalanmaktan %96,2'si ailelerine bula?t?rmaktan korkuyordu. ara?t?rmada, ço?unun pandemisine yetersiz al?nd???n? dü?ündü?ü saptanm??t?r. Ayr?ca üçte biri COVID-19'da süreç içinde uyum sa?lamakta zorland?klar?n? Hastane yönetimi hem?irelerine düzenli aral?klarla e?itim vermesi uyumlar?n? kolayla?t?racak i? ak?? algoritmalar? haz?rlamas? önerilmektedir.
