Atraumatic Isolated Dislocation of Pisiform With Ulnar Nerve Palsy

Isolated pisiform dislocation is an uncommon condition, with a limited number of cases reported in the literature. We present unique case 15-year-old male who experienced atraumatic isolated bone his left wrist and presented pain, deformity, ulnar nerve palsy little ring fingers. Radiographic investigations confirmed diagnosis dislocation, patient successfully underwent open reduction, stabilization pisiform, exploration nerve.
