Abstract Atopic Dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the skin characterized by cutaneous findings dry skin, erythematous scaly papules, or plaques, and lichenification. The hallmark AD pruritis, which drives most burden. While this thought to primarily affect children, it commonly affects adults as well [1]. In adult population, may be persistent from childhood, relapsing that was resolved, adult-onset AD. Although seen in population associated with significant burden, many providers are inadequately educated about recognition treatment adults. This paper will review clinical features, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment, management population. Working better understand its impact on patients beneficial minimizing burden
