چکیده
Abstract Background Stroke is a neurological emergency that tends to be the first cause of death in many countries. Atmospheric variables are strongly associated with stroke, which subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) has been studies meteorological risk factors such as air pollution, pressure, weather changes, and ambient temperature. These characteristics may influence brain circulation SAH, being diagnosed idiopathic SAH or unknown cause. Objective The main objective this review present most relevant develop according current evidence supports strong association. Conclusion Brain vessel influenced by atmospheric pollution generating intrinsic changes intima vessels leads vasospasm comorbidities SAH.

Cardiac Complication Following Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Besides its severe neurological injuries, spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) commonly causes cardiac complications. These complications could include three different aspects of cardiac diseases, that is, electrocardiographic abnormalities, myocardial injuries, and left ventricular dysfunction. These complications not only may lead to misdiagnosis of SAH as myocardial infarction, but also...
متن کاملSubarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral vasospasm – Literature review
Subarachnoid hemorrhage represents a serious disease with high mortality and morbidity. Two important areas are becoming the central research interest of subarachnoid hemorrhage: cerebral vasospasm and early brain injury. The authors have reviewed the major contributions in experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage documented in the medical literature in the past 5 years. Treatments interfering with...
متن کاملProgress Review Risk Factors for Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
WHO IS AT INCREASED RISK for a subarachnoid hemorrhage from a ruptured aneurysm? The question apparently dates back to ancient times. Hippocrates described " . . . when persons in good health are suddenly seized with pains in the head, and straightway are laid down speechless, and breathe with stertor, they die in seven days, unless fever comes on."' Little more was known about subarachnoid hem...
متن کاملSubarachnoid hemorrhage grading scales: a systematic review.
Numerous systems are reported for grading the clinical condition of patients following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). The literature was reviewed for articles pertaining to the grading of such patients, including publications on the Hunt and Hess Scale, Fisher Scale, Glasgow Coma Score (GCS), and World Federation of Neurological Surgeons Scale. This article reviews the advantages and limitation...
متن کاملVertebrobasilar Vasospasm after Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage: Review
Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) affects 5-10 per 100,000 individuals per year1 and is associated with high rates of morbidity and mortality [1-4]. Main contributor to poor outcomes after SAH are the early cerebral injury (ECI) caused by the immediate increase in intracranial pressure, decreased cerebral perfusion pressure and global ischemia [1,5-9] and delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) ...
