ASYMMETRIC IMPACTS OF MONETARY POLICY SHOCK ON OUTPUT GAP: EVIDENCE FROM REGIONS IN INDONESIA

We examine the impact of monetary policy on regional output gaps across 33 Indonesian provinces. Heterogeneous responses gap to shock are captured using Vector Autoregressive model.
