چکیده

We present the detection of type C quasi-periodic oscillation (QPO) along with upper harmonic at respective frequencies $$\sim $$ 0.6 Hz and 1.2 in single AstroSat observation taken during 2016 outburst low-mass black hole X-ray binary H 1743-322. These are found to be shifted by 0.4 for QPO 0.8 respect that simultaneous XMM-Newton NuSTAR five days later than observation, indicating a certain geometrical change system. However, centroid frequency do not energy, energy-independent nature. The decreasing trend fractional rms energy is consistent previous results this source low/hard state. value photon index ( $$\Gamma \sim 1.67$$ ) also indicates was state particular observation. In addition, similar observations same outburst, we find hard lag 21 ms range 1–5 Hz. log-linear between averaged time propagation fluctuations mass accretion rate from outer part disk inner hot regions.

A failed outburst of H 1743 - 322

We report on a campaign of X-ray and soft γ-ray observations of the black hole candidate H 1743-322 (also named IGR J17464-3213), performed with the RXTE, INTEGRAL and Swift satellites. The source was observed during a short outburst between 2008 October 03 and 2008 November 16. The evolution of the hardness-intensity diagram throughout the outburst is peculiar, in that it does not follow the c...

Disc – jet coupling in the 2009 outburst of the black hole candidate H 1743 − 322

We present an intensive radio and X-ray monitoring campaign on the 2009 outburst of the Galactic black hole candidate X-ray binary H1743−322. With the high angular resolution of the Very Long Baseline Array, we resolve the jet ejection event and measure the proper motions of the jet ejecta relative to the position of the compact core jets detected at the beginning of the outburst. This allows u...

INTEGRAL observations of the black hole candidate H 1743−322 in outburst

INTEGRAL made 3 observations in 2003 April of the black hole candidate H 1743−322 during the rising part, and close to the maximum, of an outburst. H 1743−322 was previously observed in outburst in 1977–1978. The source is located in a crowded region of the sky (l = 357, b = −2) and at least 18 sources are clearly detected in the field of view of the ISGRI gamma-ray imager during a 277 ks expos...

Galactic black hole transient H 1743 − 322 during outburst decay : connections between timing noise , state transitions and radio emission

Multi-wavelength observations of Galactic black hole transients during outburst decay are instrumental for our understanding of the accretion geometry and the formation of outflows around black hole systems. H1743−322, a black hole transient observed intensely in X-rays and also covered in the radio band during its 2003 decay, provides clues about the changes in accretion geometry during state ...

Tomographic reflection modelling of quasi - periodic oscillations in the black hole binary H 1743 – 322

Accreting stellar mass black holes (BHs) routinely exhibit Type-C quasi-periodic oscillations (QPOs). These are often interpreted as Lense-Thirring precession of the inner accretion flow, a relativistic effect whereby the spin of the BH distorts the surrounding space-time, inducing nodal precession. The best evidence for the precession model is the recent discovery, using a long joint XMM-Newto...
