Assuring Anonymity and Privacy in Electronic Voting with Distributed Technologies Based on Blockchain

Anonymity and privacy in the electoral process are mandatory features found any democratic society, many authors consider these fundamental civil liberties rights. During election process, every voter must be identified as eligible, but after casting a vote, stay anonymous, assuring vote unlinkability. Voter anonymity most critical issues challenges of almost all electronic voting systems. However, immutability assured well, which is problem new democracies, Blockchain distributed technology meets this data requirement. Our paper analyzes current solutions proposes approach through combination two different Blockchains to achieve anonymity. The first will used for key management, while second store anonymous votes. encrypted salted with nonce, hashed, finally digitally signed voter’s private key, by mixing timestamp votes shuffling order cast votes, chances linking reduced. Adopting significantly transform guaranteeing privacy.
