چکیده

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the association between cell-free fetal DNA (cffDNA) levels in first and second trimesters adverse pregnancy outcomes. Materials Methods: was a retrospective cohort including all women who had cffDNA measurement as primary or secondary screening test for chromosomal abnormalities laboratory Iran. Results: Totally, 481 out of 634 pregnant (75.9%) did not develop any complications. On other hand, 55 pregnancies (8.7%) led preterm delivery. Based on results, 33 (5.2%) gave birth intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) babies 16 (2.52%) developed preeclampsia (PE). Moreover, 15 gestational diabetes. Further, 11 resulted abortion 6 death. There positive duration weight at (r=0.362, P=0.000). statistically significant increase level trisomy (P=0.000) decrease incidence PE (P=0.019). Conclusions: The reduction plasma elevation results trisomy. However, further studies will be required confirm these findings.
