Objective: The purpose of this research is to assess and determine the frequency Anterior Knee Pain after Total Arthroplasty. Study Design: Cross sectional study. Place Duration:This study was conducted at Department Orthopedic s, Khyber Teaching Hospital, KTH Peshawar in period eight months from june 2020 january 2022. Introduction: (AKP) one most commonest causes persistent problems knee replacement. Arthroplasty (TKA) a surgical procedure which artificial joint or prosthesis replace damage knee. A significant proportion patients experience AKP TKA surgery. Methods: After recording complete history, physical examination routine baseline investigations were performed . Post-operatively, kept under observations for 5 days ward discharged if indicated. Patients followed regular intervals finally end third month measure intensity pain on VAS. Results:Out 205 patients, 69.3% males 30.7% females. Means ± SD calculated age 48.62±7.98 years, BMI 24.63±3.07 VAS 1.31±1.39. Most (51.7%) recorded 51-60 years group. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) 18% while Osteoarthritis (OA) found 82% patients. 21.5% diabetic 31.7% hypertensive. 8.8% Conclusion: It evident that anterior total arthroplasty (TKA), replacement (TKR) prevalent clinically relevant.
