چکیده
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is a high-risk factor for the morbidity and mortality of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Thus, we conducted meta-analysis to investigate whether microRNAs associated with non-alcoholic are their potential predict in individuals. We systematic literature search using PubMed, Cochrane library Embase databases. The about circulating microRNA levels nonalcoholic individuals was screened according inclusion exclusion criteria. sensitivity, specificity area under curve different were summarized. These higher diagnostic efficacy stability selected further analysis people diabetes. In all, 10 1950 studies determining expression profiles included final analysis. Using ≥0.7 as criterion, out that have moderate disease, including microRNA-122, microRNN-34a, microRNA-99a, microRNA-16, microRNA-379, microRNA-197, microRNA-181d, microRNA-146b, microRNA-375 microRNA-12. pooled microRNA-122 microRNA-34a diagnosis 0.88 (95 % confidence interval: 0.81–0.96) 0.86 0.82–0.91), respectively. Further, 30 2674 related above results showed conclusion, common biomarkers both However, they can be used effective early prediction patients lacks valid evidence.
