Assessment of the comorbidity index in HIV-infected patients before ART

The purpose of the study: To evaluate comorbid conditions in patients with HIV-infection. Materials and methods. study included 779 HIV-infected patients, over 18 years old, identified different before start ART, who are on dispensary registration at republican center for combating AIDS, were examined. analysis age structure, stage HIV infection comorbidity index (CI) depending number CD4 lymphocytes antiretroviral therapy (ART) conducted. main predominant secondary concomitant diseases identified. CI evaluated by using Charlson to assess long-term prognosis patients. As a result study, it was revealed that majority had (82%), which is associated high CI. High detected as increasing patients` (CI 6 or more 85% 60 age). However, 59.25% under 40 points, poor life.
