Background: Preterm labor is the presence of uterine contractions sufficient frequency and intensity to affect progressive effacement dilation cervix prior term gestation. Shortening funneling was first described be associated with diagnosis cervical incompetence, Transvaginal sonographic measurement length could used predict a risk for preterm delivery significant proportion births. Cervical measured by transvaginal ultrasound from internal os external while urinary bladder empty. Objective: To determine value parameters between 18 24 weeks' gestation in prediction spontaneous delivery. Patients Methods: The study carried out at Bab EL-Sha'aria University Hospital 1/10/2018 31/12/2019 on 200 primigravida women single pregnancy intact membranes. Women scarred uterus, chronic medical diseases or obstetric problems, who underwent cerclage fetal anomalies were excluded study. For all participants, done length, shape consistency.
