This article seeks to contribute the reflection around training of future designers regarding teamwork. Collaboration, teamwork and negotiations are common everyday interactions that now known positively design process. builds on a theoretical model was initially proposed as Ph.D. thesis contribution: zone proximal development for learning skills. The objective this is share first implementation in real educational situation seize opportunity develop it further. framework assessment concept guide research. data collection based observations during seminar. analysis structured definitions model's components situ participants. process guides us indicators allowing confirm if level or set skills achieved by student. Plus, we propose related teaching guidance use when identified underdeveloped develop. Through work, wish discuss how students can be better equipped enter profession play significant role team players.
