Assessing the implications of farm advisory services of Model Farm Services Center from a Productivity Perspective

The aim of this study is to determine the role Farm Advisory Services in order offset problems yield productivity gaps area. farmers’ perceptions Model Center (MFSC) were statistically examined via a comparison differences within two subgroups. A sample size 120 was selected enable equal representation from both member farmers and independent MFSC. An t-test along with dummy variable used identify their farming practices obtained respectively. It found that 80% respondents entirely relied on farming, whereas 20% only partially farming. Similarly, 70% living joint familial system, while 30% them individual households. Furthers some 28% canals 13% tube-wells respondents, 10% tube wells. more productive wheat, rice, sugarcane crops, but lower maize crop identified compared farmers. concludes there are inefficiencies service delivery value chain MFSCs recommends actions, such as by providing basic farm inputs, modern equipment, interest free credit well technical guidance. contributes using stepping stone for policy input regards agriculture laden productivity.
