Assessing the Consequences of CAT Syllabus Absence in Libyan Universities on Translation Quality in Libyan Government Institutions: An Analysis of Hindering Factors

چکیده

The present study aims to examine the adverse effects of absence Computer-assisted Translation (CAT) tool course syllabi in Libyan universities on translation quality government institutions. This research is motivated by underutilization CAT tools departments and lack education their use universities, which may result a shortage professional translators proficient utilizing these tools. employs survey design, sample 59 staff members from universities. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews analyzed statistical techniques qualitative data analysis. findings indicate that training major factor affecting can be attributed resources, funding, qualified translators. Based results, concludes implementation syllabus crucial ensuring development improving institutions."
