Assessing of The Continuance Intentions to Use Fintech Payments, an Integrating Expectation Confirmation Model

This study aims to identify the factors influencing users' continuance intention use FinTech payment applications. An online questionnaire was administered 361 users during pandemic using Google Forms achieve objective. The Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM) extended include perceived trust, social influence, and functional benefits used analyze data obtained from survey. results indicate that prior expectation confirmation usefulness of application after are crucial for increasing service.
