Planners and architects should be able to incorporate digital technologies data utilization fulfil their professional duty of speculating how people will interact transact with urban configurations. Analysing spatial patterns association social behaviour contributes harnessing the impact connectivity on economic, social, environmental, land value growth. This research presents a mathematical relationship between three variables; as result, by transitive property, every individual street in layout indicate location block according sizes related same manner. The aims investigate following question: is there positive negative statistical coefficient correlation residential plot connectivity/integration values presented Depth Map X two villages Sulaimanya city? first section’s findings support property discussed research; furthermore, second section shows an imbalance quantity plots different each street, causing effectiveness exploitation case studies decrease, which disagrees standards outlined Iraqi Roads Buildings Regulation theories space syntax. study future design similar projects region emphasizing need for authorities compel building enterprises adhere these standards.
