Assembly process optimization of electromechanical meters based on robust design

چکیده

The assembly precision of the magnetic system an electromechanical meter is important guarantee for measurement accuracy meter. large gap between two poles key point that affects and also difficulty manufacturers face. In this paper, controllable factors affect a are selected by performing orthogonal experiment, process analyzed, noise selected; design achieved using inner outer array used to experiment scheme, optimal combination parameters with signal-noise ratio (SNR) good robustness found through experiment. Through experimental verification, improved capability index reaches 1.34, optimization effect remarkable.
