Em Cicatriz, performance apresentada na 7ª edição da Mostra Internacional de Teatro São Paulo, realizada em março 2020, a performer, pedagoga, poeta e ativista afromexicana Lia Garcia expressa dor ser uma pessoa trans*, rememora vítimas transfeminicídio mobiliza elementos recorrentes seu trabalho, tais como o afeto, erotismo toque físico, um grito coletivo resistência. Cicatriz reverbera também os afetos diálogos surgidos durante convívio com as participantes brasileiros sua oficina Laboratório Experimentação 1 – Vozes Desobedientes, oferecida mesmo festival.
