Artificial Personality in socio-political communication

The article is devoted to the problem of using intellectual systems corresponding concept an artificial personality in socio-political communication. components project are considered, it shown that currently existing technologies already correspond one levels implementation this project. These so-called social bots. Scenarios for use bots communication from point view both risks and a possible increase effectiveness technology.
