چکیده
Solar energy has gained attention in the past two decades, since it is an effective renewable source that causes no harm to environment. Irradiation Prediction (SIP) essential plan, schedule, and manage photovoltaic power plants grid-based generation systems. Numerous models have been proposed for SIP literature while such studies demand huge volumes of weather data about target location a lengthy period time. In this scenario, commonly available Artificial Intelligence (AI) technique can be trained over values irradiance as well weather-related parameters temperature, humidity, wind speed, pressure, precipitation. Therefore, current study, authors aimed at developing solar prediction model by integrating big analytics with AI (BDAAI- SIP) using forecasting data. order perform long-term collection data, Hadoop MapReduce tool employed. The operates on different stages. Primarily, preprocessing take place various sub processes conversion, missing value replacement, normalization. Besides, Elman Neural Network (ENN), type feedforward neural network also applied predictive analysis. It divided into input layer, hidden load-bearing output layer. To overcome insufficiency ENN choosing weights layer neuron count, Mayfly Optimization (MFO) algorithm applied. validate performance model, series experiments was conducted. experimental infer outperformed other methods used comparison.

Increasing Energy Efficiency in Building Climate Control using Weather Forecasts and Model Predictive Control
This paper presents an investigation of how Model Predictive Control (MPC) and weather predictions can increase the energy efficiency in Integrated Room Automation (IRA) while respecting occupant comfort. IRA deals with the simultaneous control of heating, ventilation and air conditioning as well as blind positioning and electric lighting such that the room temperature as well as CO2 and lumina...
متن کاملWeather forecasting model using Artificial Neural Network
Weather forecasting has become an important field of research in the last few decades. In most of the cases the researcher had attempted to establish a linear relationship between the input weather data and the corresponding target data. But with the discovery of nonlinearity in the nature of weather data, the focus has shifted towards the nonlinear prediction of the weather data. Although, the...
متن کاملShort-term Prediction of Weather Parameters Using Online Weather Forecasts
While people need to know tomorrow’s weather to decide suitable activities and precautions, so do the “intelligent” building management systems. The accuracy of the short-term prediction of the ambient conditions is particularly import for the development of predictive control strategies. Although the shortterm prediction methods for outside air temperature have been extensively studied, reliab...
متن کاملAutomating weather forecasts based on convolutional networks
Numerical weather models generate a vast amount of information which requires human interpretation to generate local weather forecasts. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) can extract features from images showing unprecedented results in many different domains. In this work, we propose the use of CNN models to interpret numerical weather model data which, by capturing the spatial and temporal r...
متن کاملCoordinated weather balloon solar radiation measurements during a solar eclipse
Solar eclipses provide a rapidly changing solar radiation environment. These changes can be studied using simple photodiode sensors, if the radiation reaching the sensors is unaffected by cloud. Transporting the sensors aloft using standard meteorological instrument packages modified to carry extra sensors, provides one promising but hitherto unexploited possibility for making solar eclipse rad...
