Improving business processes provides companies with advantages in terms of efficiency and profitability, as well competitiveness against other the market. Companies that integrate enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems into digital platforms also have opportunity to strengthen their weaknesses by recognizing disruptions bottlenecks inefficient thanks this transformation. Descriptive bibliometric analyses were performed study for a systematic evaluation studies on artificial intelligence (AI) ERP literature. The which keywords determined from AI literature firstly used together investigated Scopus database. 837 publications meeting search criteria reached descriptive analysis these was presented.
