چکیده
PurposeThe purpose of our study is to prove that the autologous scapular spine bone graft an alternative for treatment anterior shoulder instability and clinical radiological results are promising.MethodFrom July 2016 August 2018, patients who were diagnosed as having with subcritical (10%-15%) glenoid loss treated by arthroscopic repair graft. The inclusion criteria (1) underwent graft; (2) was within 10% 15% (measured Sugaya's method); (3) three complete sets computed tomography (CT) scans (preoperative, 1 week after surgery, year surgery) available; (4) follow-up time at least 2 years. exclusion concomitant rotator cuff tear; remplissage or SLAP repair; previous surgery affected shoulder; open surgery; (5) incomplete follow-up. preoperative postoperative Constant-Murley score, dietary approaches stop hypertension (DASH) visual analog scale (VAS) range motion (ROM) recorded. CT 3-dimensional reconstruction obtained first operation operation; resorption rate consequently calculated.ResultsTwenty-seven qualified enrolled in study. No severe complication recorded during redislocation subluxation found, apprehension tests all negative. At last follow-up, mean score 89.74 ± 3.71, DASH 9.77 5.31, VAS 0.74 0.64, which improved significantly compared scores (P = .00,.00,.00, respectively). ROM including flexion, external rotation side, internal well restored without significant difference contralateral =.48, .08, .47, operation, 19.4%.ConclusionThis found suture anchor fixation safe could achieve satisfactory result short-term follow-up.Level EvidenceTherapeutic case series. promising. From calculated. Twenty-seven 19.4%. This

Arthroscopic Bristow-Latarjet Combined With Bankart Repair Restores Shoulder Stability in Patients With Glenoid Bone Loss
BACKGROUND Arthroscopic Bankart repair alone cannot restore shoulder stability in patients with glenoid bone loss involving more than 20% of the glenoid surface. Coracoid transposition to prevent recurrent shoulder dislocation according to Bristow-Latarjet is an efficient but controversial procedure. QUESTIONS/PURPOSES We determined whether an arthroscopic Bristow-Latarjet procedure with conc...

PURPOSE The objective of our study was to summarize the available clinical evidence pertaining to the combined arthroscopic Bankart repair and remplissage procedure (BRR) for the management of recurrent anterior glenohumeral instability. METHODS We searched Medline (1946 to the third week of November, 2012), the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Embase (1947 to the 50th week of ...
متن کاملResults of Open Bankart Surgery for Recurrent Anterior Shoulder Dislocation with Glenoid Bone Defect and Concomitant Hill-Sachs Lesion
Background: Open Bankart surgery is the main treatment procedure in patients with recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation, especially in cases with glenoid bone defect. The goal of this study was to determine the outcomes after open Bankart surgery in cases of recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation with glenoid bone defects and concomitant Hill-Sachs lesions. Methods: Between 2006 and 2010,...
