Art in Slovakia in Prehistoric Times

Archaeological research in the territory of today’s Slovakia has revealed rare artifacts from oldest period human history, prehistory. Two unique female figures Venus represent them. This article presents a statuette Paleolithic Era — Moravany, which is made mammoth tusk and an artistic expression fertility matriarchy. The also describes gem Neolithic period, Hrádok, Magna Mater, as goddess harvest, success, giver life well-being.
