چکیده
Deployment of Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) can enhance plant P uptake through remobilization recalcitrant forms in soil. In this study, bacterial strains isolated the rhizospheric soil rapeseed, winter pea and faba bean, with various requirements, were screened for their PSB potential characterization several interesting traits linked to solubilization. parallel, other Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) interest (indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) production or 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic (ACC) deaminase activity) also determined each isolate. An abundant proportion successfully emphasized, mainly belonging Pseudomonas Bacillus genera. The present study reveals first time phosphate solubilization an isolate species Sanguibacter inulinus. Interestingly, from rapeseed showed higher efficiency compared those bean rhizosphere. These results highlighted great influence shape associated microbiome order fit specific requirement. Two distinct profiles isolates could be highlighted, deploying either direct indirect processes. Plants seemed preferentially enrich populations presenting complementary characteristics own arsenal favor nutrition. Valuing native potential, artificial addition legacy previous crop further culture represent a promising alternative sustain growth P-deprived situation.

Phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N) are the most essential nutrients for plant growth. Deficiency of these elements causes a considerable loss of crop yield. Nowadays, using of biofertilizers in cultivation of strategic crops, such as greenhouse crops, is very important because of resolving the P and N deficiency. This research was carried out to evaluate the potential of rhizobacteria of valerian ...

We have recently shown that the ability of some gram-negative bacteria to dissolve poorly soluble calcium phosphates (Mps+ phenotype) is the result of periplasmic oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid via the quinoprotein glucose dehydrogenase (GDH), a component of the direct oxidation pathway. Escherichia coli K-12 derivatives synthesize apo-GDH but not the cofactor pyrroloquinoline-quinone (P...
متن کاملPhosphate and Potassium Solubilizing Bacteria Effect on Mineral Uptake, Soil Availability and Growth of Eggplant
Experiments were conducted to evaluate the potential of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) Bacillus megaterium and potassium solubilizing bacteria (KSB) Bacillus mucilaginosus inoculated in nutrient limited soil planted with eggplant. Results showed that rock P and K materials either applied singly or in combination did not significantly enhance soil availability of P and K. PSB increased hi...

Phosphorus, the most essential nutrient for plants, becomes quickly unavailable for the plants in the soil. Phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB( can play an important role in providing Phosphorus for plants. In this study, the PSBs were screened from plant rhizosphere by Pikovskaya method. Then, the growth rate and phosphate solubilizing ability of 9 superior strains were measured at different...

Use of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) for the benefits of agriculture is gaining worldwide importance and acceptance and appears to be the trend for the future. PGPR are bioresources which may be viewed as a novel and potential tool for providing substantial benefits to the agriculture. These beneficial, free-living bacteria enhance emergence, colonize roots, stimulate growth and e...
