Background: Tuberculosis of the spine is a serious manifestation disease that causes debilitating injury. In HIV positive patients incidence skeletal tuberculosis increases to 60%. The MRI has become gold standard for diagnosis and preoperative planning in spinal TB. objective this study was assess impact status on findings at tertiary public hospital Pune, India. Methods: This retrospective TB admitted Fifty with histopathological confirmation tuberculosis, available scans from 2017-2020 were identified. 16 negative 34. Males predominant (27:23). Site, extent disease, type lesion, abscess volume, kyphotic deformity skip lesions reported.
