Approximately Near Rings in Proximal Relator Spaces

The motivation of this article is to define approximately near rings, some types $N$-groups, ideals, and rings all descriptive cosets. Moreover, properties these algebraic structures are given. Furthermore, near-ring homomorphisms introduced their investigated.
