Apprenticeship, employer engagement and vocational formation: a process of collaboration

With successive changes to apprenticeship policy, shifting emphasis on the amount of involvement employers in engaging and delivering apprenticeship, an over-reliance further education fill gaps midst its own storm, this article explores successful ingredients for employer engagement vocational formation. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with apprentices from five business automotive industry their training providers.
