چکیده
The objective of this research attempt is to implement the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach, a part Six Sigma methodology, in order diminish loss sanitary ware during production process. Specifically, study focuses on addressing issue cracking defects that often occur wares after firing Cracking manifest as gaps surface wares, resulting nonconforming and aesthetically inferior products. AG27 Model, highly demand toilet bowl, was selected case due its significant occurrence defects, accounting for 20% total defective units. utilizes methodology conjunction with Shainin's tools identify root causes enhance yield. employed include Family variation (FOV's), Concentration chart, Paired comparison, Better current (B vs C). primary focus area investigation involves forming process design plaster mold. Through use concentration it determined predominantly appear along border line between rim body bowl. Subsequent experiments, based paired confirmed line, which incorporates hollow shape, potential degradation mold quality frequent use, were two factors contributing defects. In address these issues, new implemented connection solid practicality solution validated through utilization B C tool improvement phase. As result, decreased from approximately 4.0% 1.92% control phase, representing reduction by over 50%.

15 صفحه اولA Typed Generic Process Model for Product Focused Process Improvement
The motivation behind the idea of product focused process improvement is to make a process improvement program address certain product quality features in an explicit manner. The PROFES methodology [PROFES (2001)] describes such an improvement program through the notion of a PPD (Product-Process Dependency) repository. The typed generic process model (TGPM) [Satpathy (2000)] is a parametric tem...
