چکیده
Muscle tension dysphonia is a functional voice disorder caused by unbalanced activity of the laryngeal and extralaryngeal muscles. People with may have changes in cervical perilaryngeal muscles, limited amplitude movement spine, but also posture disorders. The aim this paper to present analyzed therapeutic effects manual techniques muscle dysphonia, based on review available literature. In accordance set criteria goal paper, collection analysis professional scientific research papers PubMed / MEDLINE databases others, published period from 2004 2018, was performed. studies belong type clinical design, two types are included: randomized control study one group subjects before after-examination. Some respondents were characterized authors as series cases one, small pilot repeated measures. results indicate larger number corrective therapy. It certain that developing broader manual-therapeutic approach, etiological factor can be more effectively influenced which leads reduction pain, improvement physical functioning well specific vocal qualities.

Manual therapy and exercise to improve outcomes in patients with muscle tension dysphonia: a case series.
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE Muscle tension dysphonia (MTD), a common voice disorder that is not commonly referred for physical therapy intervention, is characterized by excessive muscle recruitment, resulting in incorrect vibratory patterns of vocal folds and an alteration in voice production. This case series was conducted to determine whether physical therapy including manual therapy, exercise, an...
