Application of GeoWEPP model in ditch crossing soil landfill engineering

Abstract Loess Plateau provides a broad growing environment for crops. However, due to the loose soil, soil erosion is serious. Gully Consolidation and Highland Protection key work in construction of ecological civilization Plateau. Using method simulating Protection, terrain conditions are changed, hydrological model used simulate change before after ditch head landfill. In this paper, Yangjiagou, was chosen as research area. The spatial analysis function ArcGIS process DEM, GeoWEPP erosion, variation runoff sediment yield gully landfill analyzed.
