Application of Feedforward Cascade Compound Control Based on Improved Predictive Functional Control in Heat Exchanger Outlet Temperature System

چکیده
Aiming at the problems of large delay and poor anti-disturbance ability in outlet temperature control system heat exchanger to optimize accuracy improve performance, this paper proposes a scheme combining predictive functional with proportional-integral-derivative control. Using incremental algorithm optimization objective function algorithm, model structure is established. The feedforward compensation adopted eliminate influence external disturbances on system. Through simulation, proposed compared cascade compound based main controller. results show that has small over harmonic strong anti-interference ability. adaptability stability are significantly improved, exit can be effectively controlled.
