Application Cow Manure and Mychorriza to Physiological of Biduri (Calotropis gigantea)

<p>Biduri (<em>Calotropis gigantea</em>) was a wild plant that had many benefits in the health and textile industries. In sector, biduri used as herbal plant, while industry, main raw material. Biduri could be substitute for kapok material, therefore it necessary to develop cultivation technology met needs. This research conducted at Jumantono Field Laboratory of Faculty Agriculture UNS, Karanganyar using factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD), which consisted 2 factors, namely cow dung fertilizer, mycorrhizae. Cow fertilizer consists 0 ton/ha, 10 20 ton/ha. Mycorrhizae grams/plant, 5 10gram/plant, 15gram/plant. There were 36 treatment combination consist 12 repeated 3 times. The interaction between did not significantly affect all physiological observation variables. results showed application ton/ha gave best on width stomata openings, rate photosynthesis, transpiration. Inoculation with mycorrhizal fungi no significant effect observations variables </p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong><em>Calotropis gigantea</em>, manure, mycorrhiza, physiological</p>
