Apical Transportation of Apical Foramen by Different NiTi Alloy Systems: A Systematic Review

چکیده

Endodontic shaping can lead to canal and apical anatomical alterations, which may compromise the outcome of root treatment. The objective this systematic literature review is assess whether use martensitic endodontic instruments result in less transportation compared austenitic during therapy. A search was conducted on PubMed, Ovid MEDLINE, Web Science. inclusion criteria were vitro studies comparing using with or alloys. scientific databases yielded 592 results, only 10 eligible for evaluation after screening. Based analysis selected articles, it be concluded that phase This behavior attributed increased flexibility instruments. Further research warranted further explore topic provide additional evidence supporting clinical practice.
