The essential oil extracted from Citrus × natsudaidai (Yu. Tanaka) Hayata peels is known to have various biological properties. However, the chemical composition of influenced by ripening stages fruits, which then affects related activities. This study investigates antioxidant activities oils at different (immature, mature, and overripe). were using hydro-distillation method. As a result gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis, d-limonene was dominant increased as matured. γ-terpinene decreased. properties their total phenolic content (TPC) stages.
