چکیده

In the recent past, nanobiotechnology field has grown up tremendously with more applications because synthesis process will be practically possible techniques. Since, plant-derived biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles is superior since its eco-friendly, cost-efficient, speedy in nature. Alginate-based biodegradable nanocomposite films were prepared Celosia cristata leaf extracts (CC-AgNPs) and sodium alginate by simple casting The synthesized alginate–silver (Alg-Ag) characterized confirmed UV/Vis spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) atomic force (AFM). various characterization was further CC-AgNPs Alg-Ag films. addition, TEM SEM monogram also showed uniformity smooth surface displayed effective antimicrobial proficiency against selected foodborne pathogens i.e., Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhimurium Clostridium perfringens. Further, resolve eliminate microbial intruders enhance food stuff's quality storage stability.
