چکیده
Aspergillus species are pollutants found in both food and air. The increase the metabolic activity of leads to spoilage foodstuffs large economic losses. In addition, some have ability produce aflatoxins ochratoxins, secondary metabolites called, namely, mycotoxins. Especially mycotoxins very important terms safety human health. Since protection animal health prevention losses is a issue, our study aimed determine antifungal Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb., Cinnamomum sp., Mentha piperita L. Thymus vulgaris essential oils (EO) against niger Tiegh. NRRL 321 strain. second step, MIC MFC values EOs were determined. It was determined that value sp, 0.01 µl/ml, EO 0.5 µl/ml. caryophyllata, completely inhibited radial colony growth at MIC, 2 x 4 values. inhibition sp. varies depending on concentration, rate increases as concentration increases. As result, evaluations should be made considering vivo conditions tested showed strong
