چکیده

The present investigation is undertaken to evaluate the comparative anti gout activity of ethanolic (EEPM) and methanolic (MEPM) seed extracts Pedalium murex. Invitro arthritic plant was evaluated using xanthine oxidase protease enzyme inhibition as well membrane stabilization established protocols. In silico studied molecular docking analysis from 10 GCMS derived compounds with that immunuo stimulatory proteins TLR2, TLR4, MMP2 MMP7 find out suitable antagonistic ligand for these proteins. EEPM extract showed better comparable MEPM in terms stabilization. positive control used study. studies among docked MMP7, three namely 11 -Eicosenoic Acid Methyl ester, Docosanoic Acid, ester 1,2Benzendicarboxylic mono (2-ethylhexyl) could inhibit above mentioned immuno there by suppress reactions observed gouty arthritis.

detection of volatile compounds of medicinal plants with some nano-sorbents using modified or new methodologies and investigation of antioxidant activity of their methanolic extracts

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...

Phytochemical Screening, Anti-oxidant Activity and in Vitro Anti-diabetic Activity of Aqueous, Methanolic, Ethanolic and Chloroformic Extracts of Hygrophilaauriculata

Objective: The objective of this study was to screen the phytochemical constituents of the seeds of the medicinal plant Hygrophilaauriculata and to obtain preliminary in vitro data about its anti-diabetic effects. Methods: First extracts in four solvents i.e. water, methanol, ethanol and chloroform were prepared by optimized maceration procedures. Determination of the phytochemical constituents...
