Ansattes vurdering av barns trivsel i barnehagen

Rammeplan for barnehagen vektlegger at skal bidra til barns trivsel, men det er uvissthvordan ansatte i vurderer ulike faktorers betydning trivsel. Et spørreskjemable sendt 25 norske barnehager å undersøke hvordan de vurderte faktorersom påvirker 3–6-åringers og tilrettelegger De 105 respondentenevurderte psykiske, fysiske sosiale forhold som svært viktig samtidig litt over halvparten kognitive viktig. Kognitive med større krav læring skoleforberedende aktiviteter kan utfordre den tradisjonelle barnehagepedagogikken preget av lek, trygghet forhold. Barnehagens utemiljø ble vurdert sombedre tilrettelagt trivsel enn innemiljøet. Ansatte lengre ansiennitet bedre ivaretar fremmer sammenliknet kortere ansiennitet. Resultatene viser ulikt, noe utfordrer praksisfeltet barnehagen.
