Annulling an Annulled Annular Pancreas: A Case Report

Annular Pancreas (AP) is a rare congenital developmental anomaly which results from failure of the ventral bud to rotate fuse with dorsal bud, resulting in ring pancreatic parenchyma that surrounds second portion duodenum. This entity can be partial or complete and even rarer. Most cases manifest infancy but may remain asymptomatic various nonspecific clinical manifestations are seen adults. We report case annular pancreas atrophy body tail presented upper gastrointestinal bleeding obstruction. The challenge this was only functioning tissue.
