چکیده

We systematically measure the superconducting (SC) and mixed state properties of high-quality CsV3Sb5 single crystals with Tc ~ 3.5 K. find that upper critical field Hc2(T) exhibits a large anisotropic ratio Hc2^(ab)/Hc2^(c) 9 at zero temperature fitting its dependence requires minimum two-band effective model. Moreover, lower field, Hc1^(ab)/Hc1^(c), is also found to be larger than 1, which indicates in-plane energy dispersion strongly renormalized near Fermi energy. Both Hc1(T) SC diamagnetic signal are change little initially below K then increase abruptly upon cooling characteristic ~2.8 Furthermore, we identify two-fold anisotropy angular-dependent magnetoresistance in state. Interestingly, that, same T 2.8 K, orientation this displays peculiar twist by an angle 60o Kagome geometry. Our results suggest intriguing emerging complex environment lattice, which, least, partially driven electron-electron correlation.

Anisotropic superconducting properties of single-crystalline FeSe0.5Te0.5

Iron-chalcogenide single crystals with the nominal composition FeSe0.5Te0.5 and a transition temperature of Tc14.6 K were synthesized by the Bridgman method. The structural and anisotropic superconducting properties of those crystals were investigated by means of single crystal x-ray and neutron powder diffraction, superconducting quantum interference device and torque magnetometry, and muon-s...

Anisotropic superconducting properties of aligned MgB(2) crystallites.

Samples of aligned MgB(2) crystallites have been prepared, allowing for the first time the direct identification of an upper critical field anisotropy H(ab)(c2)/H(c)(c2) = xi(ab)/xi(c) approximately 1.7, with xi(o,ab) approximately 70 A, xi(o,c) approximately 40 A, and a mass anisotropy ratio m(ab)/m(c) approximately 0.3. A ferromagnetic background signal was identified, possibly related to the...

Angle resolved vibrational properties of anisotropic transition metal trichalcogenide nanosheets.

Layered transition metal trichalcogenides (TMTCs) are a new class of anisotropic two-dimensional materials that exhibit quasi-1D behavior. This property stems from their unique highly anisotropic crystal structure where vastly different material properties can be attained from different crystal directions. Here, we employ density functional theory predictions, atomic force microscopy, and angle...

Prediction of Instability in Planar Anisotropic Sheet Metal Forming Processes

In this paper instability of planar anisotropic sheet metal during a few forming processes is investigated for the first time. For this reason components of the constitutive tangent tensor for planar anisotropic sheets are developed. By using the above tensor location of necking is predicted. Direction of the shear band is also predicted using the acoustic tensor. A finite element program is pr...

Critical properties of the metal-insulator transition in anisotropic systems

We study the three-dimensional Anderson model of localization with anisotropic hopping, i.e., weakly coupled chains and weakly coupled planes. In our extensive numerical study we identify and characterize the metal-insulator transition by means of the transfer-matrix method. The values of the critical disorder Wc obtained are consistent with results of previous studies, including multifractal a...
